All designs are licensed, not sold. All purchases include a Licensing Agreement, which governs the use of each design. Designs can be bundled under these three tiers:

• Personal: for individual projects like social media posts, resumes, school projects, home decor, and private organization.
• Limited Commercial: for marketing, merchandising, branding, sales, or other profit-generating activities for businesses with 1-10 employees.
• Standard Commercial: for marketing, merchandising, branding, sales, or other profit-generating activities for businesses with 11-50 employees.

Licensing is completed upon a one-time payment and all tiers are non-exclusive. Reselling or redistributing designs is not permitted.

If your business expands to more employees than that which is specified on the chosen license tier, an upgrade is required. If your business has more than 50 employees, please contact me for an extended commercial license.

2. Tattoo Tickets

Purchase of a tattoo ticket give you a one-time license to get this design tattooed by another artist. When bringing a design to a tattoo artist, please remember to be respectful of their style and vision, even if it is based on my work. Please indicate that this design has been drawn by another artist and feel free to share my IG: @kipandkoe.

Upon receiving the digital file, I have granted you permission to bring the chosen design to another artist. Use of the design in any other capacity without prior written consent is considered a breach of the license agreement.

3. Pricing

Prices listed at time of purchase may change without notice. You, as the customer, are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

4. Delivery

All digital files are delivered by email after the purchase is complete. This automatic delivery can occasionally land in your spam folder, check there if it did not go to your inbox!
